on the technological development of autodidactism

Since the development of the Internet, education has evolved tremendously alongside it. In my view, the tools of autodidactic minds have grown more powerful while traditional methods of education have weakened even to the point of disappearing. I’m not claiming that this shift has directly produced positive results, but if we look back to the ’90s or even further back in history we see that, for the first time, the means for individualized, self-directed education have become so abundant.

Let’s take a moment to reflect on the implications of this.

Autodidactic learning is the process by which an individual learns independently, free from established authorities. When a person manages to free themselves from the capitalist cycle, we observe that each individual develops in a much richer and uniquely personal way.

However, if someone embarks on the path of self-learning yet fails to break away from the capitalist-objective cycle, this inevitably leads to a kind of degeneration.

The self-confidence gained through learning enables an individual to either enjoy a higher-quality social life or, on the other hand, to isolate themselves from it.

Nevertheless, I believe that an autodidact’s ability to harness the technological developments of the past 20 years in entirely unique ways is far preferable to the authoritarian ignorance of the past. At the same time, a complete detachment from society would undoubtedly be viewed negatively by many conservative circles. Unfortunately, this might lead to the banning of these tools or even to a further shift toward authoritarianism.

We are curious about what technology will bring us, and we’re eager to develop new innovations. Stay tuned for more posts.
